Bringing One Voice to the Brand
$1B+ brand
Senior Graphic Manager at Victoria’s Secret PINK
Overview
I led the apparel graphics team at PINK, managing creative development across apparel, intimates, accessories, branding, and special projects for a brand generating $1B+ in annual sales. I built brand guidelines and visual systems to ensure consistent storytelling across every product category, working closely with Merchants, Design, and cross-functional partners across Beauty and Marketing to bring that vision to life across the business.
This was also where I started becoming more operational as a leader — working cross-functionally to build calendars and process, learning how to balance innovation with the discipline needed to evolve a brand, and gaining a deeper understanding of systems cohesion across a large, complex organization.
My work included licensed collegiate, NFL, and MLB collections, alongside major brand initiatives like graphics for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show and the Pelotonia charitable campaign. I also applied consumer research — including dorm visits, surveys, and focus groups — to understand and design for the college demographic PINK served.

The VS Fashion Show
A Show-Stopping Moment (Literally)
As head of the PINK graphics team, I built the branding featured for the PINK segment of the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, watched by millions. In 2014, Ariana Grande got clipped mid-performance by a model's angel wings — an unscripted moment that became one of the most-replayed clips of the whole broadcast.

Before & After
Bringing One Voice to the Brand
PINK's hangtags told inconsistent stories before this work — different fonts, tones, and visual language with no shared thread. I led the effort to build one cohesive system, so every hangtag spoke with the same voice, no matter the product.
